中国国家电网公司拟建设淮南-皖南-浙南-湖西特高压双回输电工程,在淮南-皖南输电线路上安装串联电容器。断路器在串联补偿输电线路上清除系统故障时,由于串联电容的影响,断路器的暂态恢复电压(TRV)可能会升高。如果不采取对策,TRV可能会超过断路器标准的限值。这种现象可能导致系统故障无法清除,断路器损坏。本文研究了串联电容对TRV的影响。为了限制TRV,建议采用基于系统保护和继电系统的快速旁路串联电容。

Investigation of TRV across circuit-breaker of series compensated double-circuit UHV transmission lines
