The type of this research is quantitative associative. The sample in the study was 15 respondents, namely some employees of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Sidoarjo. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire and data collection techniques by filling out a closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 22 statistic program. 摘要
本研究旨在确定工作纪律是否对巴丹Kepegawaian Daerah Sidoarjo研究员工的绩效有影响。本研究的类型是定量联想。本研究的样本为15名受访者,即Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Sidoarjo的一些员工。本研究的仪器采用问卷调查和数据收集技术,填写一个封闭的问卷。使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归使用SPSS版本22统计程序。本研究结果表明,工作纪律对巴丹市科研所员工的绩效有显著影响,且t计数> t表(2,603 > 2,110)。
