This is for the purpose of making fault data available for immediate analysis via SMS with user friendly working of system. Fault data remains in stored memory format and can be accessed as per requirement. With the help of GSM device, fault data is transmitted from auxiliary output contacts of numerical relay to annunciator window located in control room as well as to mobile phone of corresponding sub-station Engineer. Such advanced & new technologies are developed which are useful for making power system as a smart power system.
