If a six-sector antenna system is used, and the selection criterion is to choose the sector with the largest power, a data rate of 2OMbps can be achieved in the same environment. For a given data rate of 15 Mbps and a transmitter power of lw, the omnidirectional antenna system cannot reach an outage probability of .01 with in a 10m by 10m room.
