Moreover, we propose new 4-PSK, 4 state and 8-PSK, 8 state SFTCs that achieve a good frame error rate (FER) with interleaver by computer search based on the proposed design criteria. By computer simulation, we show that the proposed design criteria are useful for SFTCs with interleaver over quasi-static frequency selective fading channels.
