From the correlation and regression analysis, the study found that the correlation and the impact of turnover intention has supported.  From four hypotheses that have tested in this study, all hypotheses were supported. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨坦格朗塞拉坦服装公司营运员工的组织承诺与工作满意度对离职倾向的影响。通过问卷调查和文献研究法收集资料。共发放问卷150份,回收问卷147份,回复率98%。从相关分析和回归分析中,本研究发现离职倾向的相关性和影响是支持的。从本研究中测试的四个假设来看,所有假设都得到了支持。结果表明,组织承诺和工作满意度与离职倾向呈显著负相关,并对离职倾向产生负向影响。
