摘要

本文在前人文献的基础上,通过研究顾客导向对企业服务水平的影响,以及服务创新的中介效应,来厘清顾客导向对服务程度的影响机制。本文基于258家中国制造业企业的调查数据,采用结构方程模型和中介效应检验方法对假设进行检验。实证分析结果表明,企业服务的顾客导向程度具有显著的正向影响;服务创新程度对企业服务功能有显著提升;顾客导向、服务水平之间的关系对服务创新有部分中介作用。
