In order to realize this path, enterprises need some benign co-evolution with environment. In the view of co-evolution, this paper will discuss enterprises' innovation capability and the mechanism of co-evolution with environment in depth based on exploratory case studies, and then propose research framework, on account of which system dynamics model is structured. 摘要

在经济转型背景下,企业技术创新能力的重构与更新路径似乎是“吸收能力为主-吸收能力与整合能力为主-多能力在高层次上均衡发展”。为了实现这一路径,企业需要与环境进行良性的协同进化。本文从协同进化的视角出发,在探索性案例研究的基础上,深入探讨了企业创新能力与环境协同进化的机制,提出了研究框架,并以此为基础构建了系统动力学模型。一方面,本文强化了制度理论、动态能力视角等研究对复杂技术创新能力演化研究的解释,有利于协同演化理论在经济转型背景下的应用;另一方面,为未来企业技术创新能力重构演化提升的政策分析奠定了基础。
