摘要

随着“互联网+”的发展,一种新的商业模式——共享经济正在蓬勃发展,它作为颠覆传统行业商业模式的革命性力量。在中国发展共享经济具有独特的优势和迫切的现实。因此,本文基于共享经济的现状,运用Johnson和Christensen的“四要素”商业模式对Uber和滴滴的商业模式进行了分析和对比,得出共享经济的商业模式应具有一定的特点,如倡导共享理念、搭建互联网平台、提供个性化服务、建立信任机制、重塑供需匹配等。最后,本文为共享经济下中国企业更好的发展提供了全面的建议:企业要认清自身优势,不要盲目照抄世界领先企业,努力构建具有中国特色的共享经济新模式;打造“互联网平台+合作伙伴+客户”模式,寻求跨界合作;深入了解和分析国际市场的宏观和微观环境,寻求与国外国内企业的合作,加快企业“走出去”。
