The radio frequency (RF) signal passes through the waveguide-to-suspended microstrip probe transition from the standard waveguide WR4 to the suspended microstrip circuit, and the local oscillator (LO) signal passes through from the high-reduced waveguide WR10 to the circuit. The circuit is designed using two MA4E2038 Schotty diodes on the quartz-based substrate with dielectric 3.78, thickness of 0.127mm.
