In this study, in order to provide guidance for the related decision making and research, the method of grey relational analysis (GRA) based on weight entropy is introduced to study the factors that influence the development of electronic commerce. At the same time, the relative degree of incidence is also introduced in this thesis to analyze the factors, and to obtain the factors which are more obvious for the development of electronic commerce.
