: Volumes of distributed postal items are changing in time. While in the past people preferred communication via letters, nowadays social networks take upon themselves provision of this service. Thus, letters decrease in amount, whereas parcels and express postal items increase in the numbers. Predictions about how those volumes shall look like in the years 2021-2023 are interpreted in the following paper.
