These limitations motivate us to formulate a conceptual interface model that could assist designers in better understanding the physicians' needs. As multiple EHR data is usually obtained from various resources, the best approach for such a formulation would be a combination of events based patient history to a sequence based time line in a similar group. This will help in generating the visual information on different data sets in a time frame of particular length from various data resources onto multiple interfaces.
