摘要

为应对基于场景的广播内容向以用户为中心服务的新媒体范式时代,提出了基于场景的小尺寸分段单元元数据自动生成方法,以及元数据及其相关视频片段检索功能的开放API提供方法。为了实现这一核心技术,智能广播平台由非正式数据管理、语义集群、聚合型元数据生成和业务控制管理四个使能器组成。通过智能直播平台元数据资源的开放,吸引用户或运营商的多样化、创新性的直播媒体服务将更加便捷地提供。最终也将有助于构建良性循环的智能媒体生态系统。
