如今,面对用户形态的多样化、新技术的出现(手机、PDA……)和环境的多样化(办公室、家庭……),查找相关信息成为一个非常困难的过程。在这种情况下,个性化可能是克服此问题的适当解决方案。它旨在为用户提供与他/她的喜好相对应的相关信息。我们的贡献是一种基于案例推理和模糊逻辑的新的个性化方法。其目的是在考虑使用环境的情况下推荐个性化的行程。最后,我们给出了输运领域的一些实验结果来验证上述方法。
