The control strategy of SCSR was divided into three layers, namely the inner layer, the outer layer and the outermost layer. It was a difficult problem to implement the strategy in the system debugging to verify whether the controllable high-resistance can act accurately under this strategy. This paper expounds the principle of the three-layer control strategy of SCSR, performs calculations under system debugging conditions, and obtains the verification method during system commissioning, and the debugging is successfully carried out. This article finally got that the verification method described can verify the three-layer control strategy, and the controllable high-resistance action is correct.
