Combining a new model on human values with the case study results of two leading innovative organizations: 3M and SRI international, this paper presents a people-centered and value-focused approach for developing an innovative organizational culture. The approach consists of three key elements: Organization values and alignment, Team motivation and development, and Innovation selection and commitment.
