摘要

为了应对智能变电站二次设备评估系统的建立和实际工程应用,介绍了基于多参数信息的二次设备综合评估模型。提出了基于topsis的评价项目、评价参数和评价方法,对不同类型二次设备的状态进行了评价。基于过程层、间隔层和站控层的各种报警信息、遥测数据、远程信号状态等多维参数,建立二次设备状态评估系统,实现正常状态的监测预警和异常状态的识别诊断。

Secondary Equipment Evaluation Based on Multi-Parameter Model for Smart Substation
