Robot Intelligent Health Assessment Algorithm Based on Multi-sensor Data Fusion

Intelligent robot is one of the important equipment in machining. After long-term processing and operation, the performance of its key components will gradually decline with the passage of time. At present, the degree of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integration of the equipment is greatly improved, and the objectives of health status assessment are more complex. Using data fusion method to analyze the data of multi-source sensors is of great significance to robot health assessment. In order to design the robot health management system, this paper needs to analyze the possible faults of the health subsystem, discuss the concepts of decision-making level data fusion, data fusion and wireless sensor network communication technology, and analyze the research status of intelligent health assessment methods.
