The main research contents are as follows: 1)image preprocessing, which includes image denoising, threshold segmentation and image binarization; 2) The algorithm of the connected domain tagging based on traveling; 3)Shan bubble feature extraction, feature parameters are limited to the area, position, number of bubbles, and determine the quality grade of quartz rods according to the characteristic parameters. Shan According to the algorithm presented in this paper, 100 samples are tested, and the correct rate is 96%, The improved position adaptive threshold segmentation algorithm proposed in this paper is better than the Ostu algorithm for the whole two-dimensional image. 摘要

随着人力成本的增加以及人眼在检测产品质量时存在的视觉疲劳、判断标准等缺陷,这些因素极大地制约了石英棒制造业的发展。本文提出了一种基于机器视觉的石英棒气泡检测和质量分级方法。主要研究内容如下:1)图像预处理,包括图像去噪、阈值分割和图像二值化;2)基于旅行的连通域标注算法;3)单泡特征提取,特征参数限定为气泡的面积、位置、数量,并根据特征参数确定石英棒的质量等级。根据本文提出的算法,对100个样本进行了测试,正确率为96%,对于整个二维图像,本文提出的改进位置自适应阈值分割算法优于Ostu算法。与一般的连通区域标注方法相比,本文提出的基于运行的连通区域标注算法耗时更少,准确率更高。
