This system is fitter for mobile micro-payment terminals with localization of storage, operand capacity, power supply and network bandwidth, which can satisfy the daily necessities of business. The new protocol can prevent from double spending, non-frameability, eavesdropping, tampering and \"perfect crime\" effectively as well.
