An adaptive event-triggered controller is designed by using the command filter techniques and backstepping method of fuzzy logic systems (FLS). In this design, the use of command filter technique solves the problem of the explosion of complexity in traditional backstepping approach. The proposed event-triggered adaptive fuzzy controller ensures that all signals in the closed-loop systems are bounded and saves network communication resources.
