摘要

提出了一种适用于室内外监测的目标检测方法。针对传统帧间差分法提取运动目标的缺点和不足,提出了一种基于冗余小波变换的运动目标识别算法,即在冗余小波域中提取特征点,生成delaunay三角网格和自适应潜在运动区域,再生成运动目标区域。实验结果表明,该算法能够有效地提取运动目标,优于传统的帧差法。

A novel moving object detection algorithm based on redundant wavelet transform
