摘要

基于精细化管理理论及相关原则，运用PDCA模型设计了建立在外部PDCA循环和内部PDCA循环关键环节上的研究生培养全过程管理方案。在分析信息化建设的目的和意义的前提下，从系统功能需求结构、流程和完善建议等方面为精细化管理方案提供系统支撑。最后提出了精细化管理的保障措施。
