The data obtained were processed using the SEM PLS (Structure Equation Modeling Partial Least Square) analysis technique using SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study prove that work motivation does not affect an employee's performance but has a positive and insignificant impact on job satisfaction. 摘要

本研究以泗水市某鞋厂工人为研究对象,以工作满意度为中介变量,分析和检验工作动机和工作环境对员工绩效的影响。这项研究是通过对泗水一家鞋厂的101名工人进行抽样调查进行的。使用的数据收集工具是问卷调查。使用SmartPLS 3.0程序对所得数据进行SEM PLS(结构方程建模偏最小二乘)分析技术处理。本研究的结果证明,工作动机并不影响员工的绩效,但对工作满意度有正向且不显著的影响。工作环境对员工的工作满意度和工作绩效有显著的正向影响。
