摘要

随着快递物流业的快速发展,中国的物流需求极其分散,联合配送可能成为解决这一问题的有效途径。同时,数据显示,在城市配送中,终端环节经常出现问题,逐渐引起行业的重视。终端配电网公共服务站的建设可以有效地保证终端配电网的稳定运行。然而,目前国内外学者对联合配送终端服务站选址的研究较少,很少考虑终端客户的个性化时间需求。为此,本文建立了一个集个性化顾客满意度和总成本于一体的双目标终端公共服务站选址模型,并进行了具体的实证分析,验证了该模型的可行性,为联合配送联盟进行终端服务站选址提供决策依据。
