At the same time, data shows that problems often occur at the terminal process in urban distribution, which gradually arouse the industries' attention. The construction of public service station in terminal distribution can effectively ensure the stable operation of terminal distribution network. However, at present, domestic and foreign scholars have less research on the location of the terminal service station of joint distribution, and seldom consider the personalized time demand of the terminal customers.
