The design of this study uses the non equivalent control-group before-after design, data analysis uses ANOVA. The data collection process was carried out with a hexagon test and 30 meter sprint. Furthermore, the research data were analyzed using the SPSS application series 22.0. 摘要

梯子训练是一种使用梯子的跳跃练习。跳箱是一种用一条腿或两条腿跳过盒子的运动。这两种练习都能提高敏捷性和速度。所使用的研究类型是定量的准实验方法。本研究设计采用非等效对照组前后设计,数据分析采用方差分析。数据收集过程以六边形测试和30米冲刺进行。采用SPSS 22.0软件对研究数据进行分析。结果表明:(1)阶梯5跳+跑训练方案对运动员敏捷性和速度的影响分别为3.23%和3.47%;(2)横向框跳训练方案对敏捷性提高3.71%、速度提高3.17%有显著影响;(3)梯跃+跑与侧框跳训练方案对敏捷性提高6.94%,速度提高6.64%有显著效果。
