近年来,我国载人航天工程、探月工程、北斗卫星导航系统等重大航天探索任务相继开展,对航天真空计量技术提出了巨大挑战,也为真空计量技术的发展带来了变革。本文详细介绍了近年来航空航天真空计量领域中一些新方法的研究进展,以及基于这些新方法研制的舱门快速检漏仪、月球样品密封装置、气体注入装置、小型化磁扇形质谱仪等在航天探测中的典型应用。

Development of vacuum metrology technology for aerospace in China
In recent years, some important space exploration missions, including the manned space program, the moon exploration and the Beidou navigation satellite system etc, have been carried in China, which poses great challenges for vacuum metrology technology in aerospace and also provides changes for their development.
