摘要

本研究旨在了解保证金(X1)和伊斯兰服务质量(X2)对成员满意度(Y)对BMT Muamalat Kalibaru Murabahah Financing的影响。本研究采用定量方法进行类型解释研究。本研究样本为加入BMT murabaha finance 1年的成员,采用概率抽样技术得到的回答者数量为40名成员。分析工具在spps23的帮助下使用多元线性回归。研究结果表明:(1)边际效应(X1)对成员满意度(Y)对murabaha融资有显著正向影响;2)伊斯兰服务质量对成员满意度(Y)对murabaha融资有显著正向影响;3)同时F检验可知,边际(X1)和伊斯兰服务质量(X2)对Muamalat Kalibaru BMT murabaha融资的成员满意度(Y)有显著的正向影响。
