摘要本研究的目的确定:(1)对制度抵押(mortgage) PT. Bank Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk。茂物分行(2)分析抵押(按揭)制度的有效性,以减少不良贷款。这种类型的研究是描述性研究。研究使用主要数据来源和次要数据来源,与员工访谈的数据。使用观察、访谈和文件的数据收集技术。研究结果表明,信用制度良好,足以看到不良贷款的结果,但仍缺乏一份文件——一份用于澄清彭明洲抵押(按揭)制度的文件。员工在任务和职责的执行上存在差异。关键词:制度,住房贷款,不良贷款,内部控制
