With four active switches, the topology is a twin half-bridge LLC circuit. This design eliminates the need for additional circuit components by allowing the two sources to share the same resonant tank for transferring energy to the load. The converter is operating in differential mode. Current controlled Variable frequency control using simple PI controller is employed to regulate battery charging at different line and load perturbations.
