摘要

高新技术企业研发项目投资风险的影响因素具有关联性和多阶段性，本文采用专家咨询的方法找出评价指标，构建了基于企业生命周期的高新技术企业研发项目多阶段投资风险评价指标体系，采用TOPSIS法对高新技术企业研发项目进行了评价。得到了客观权重和主观权重对高新技术企业研发项目的排序。
