摘要

研究了利用虾壳废渣制备壳聚糖,并将壳聚糖作为稳定剂用于制备纳米银。本研究以壳聚糖为稳定剂,采用化学还原法制备银纳米粒子,并考察壳聚糖浓度对银纳米粒子稳定性的影响。本研究以虾壳粉为原料,经过去蛋白、脱矿、脱乙酰等几个阶段的加工。壳聚糖含量为虾壳粉的16.4%,脱乙酰度为85%。在硝酸银溶液中,壳聚糖作为银离子的还原剂合成了纳米银,并有望成为稳定剂。壳聚糖浓度为45 mg, AgNO3浓度为1000 ppm,样品的最大波长为421、60 nm,平均粒径为154.07 nm。
