摘要

研究了分布式信息系统新建和开发中，由最优项目配置综合而产生的项目要素与it项目之间的一致性关系。对项目产品组成、项目要素、项目要素特征、一致性关系等概念进行了形式化表述。结果表明，项目元素特征之间存在着一种一致性关系，具有反自反性和反对称性。项目配置显示了项目元素特征之间的一致性关系。
