Development of IoT Edge Hub for Wireless Sensor Networks based on Docker Container

Wireless sensor network (WSN) is spatially distributed sensor for monitoring and recording the physical conditions of the environment. The organization of distributed sensor is essential for industrial, building, and agriculture. However, Creating systems for separately placed sensor nodes which gather and share data are complicated. Here we show the develop of IoT edge hub based on docker containers for Wireless sensor networks. The Edge hub is a lightweight system for real-time monitoring which is consist of broker, storage, rule engine and visualization. The Internet of things (IoT) and wireless sensor network Internet of things (IoT) and wireless sensor network are combined in an edge hub for data transmission in global and local area network. Furthermore, the edge hub using docker containers and deployed using Docker Swarm-based orchestration. we have implemented an edge hub prototype based on docker container. Our discuss the prototype implementation of edge hub for efficient environmental management in the building from environment data.
