The Edge hub is a lightweight system for real-time monitoring which is consist of broker, storage, rule engine and visualization. The Internet of things (IoT) and wireless sensor network Internet of things (IoT) and wireless sensor network are combined in an edge hub for data transmission in global and local area network. Furthermore, the edge hub using docker containers and deployed using Docker Swarm-based orchestration. we have implemented an edge hub prototype based on docker container.
