摘要

本文从两个层面研究了电动车并网过程中电池能量最优控制的动态规划问题。在硬件实现层面,构建了由V2G桩侧直流电能计量、e-CNY实时结算装置和电动汽车侧e-CNY数字钱包组成的e-CNY V2G实时结算系统,为电动汽车用户便捷高效地参与电网交互提供了实时计量-实时交易-实时结算机制。在算法层面,以用户收益为优化对象,以SOC值和功耗为约束条件,提出了基于动态规划的电池能量最优控制方法,并通过数值实验验证了该方法在不同初始值下的有效性。
