摘要

本文研究了从[1,1 -双(4-氨基苯基)-4-苯基环己烷]中提取的新型稳定剂作为光降解添加剂对聚氯乙烯的光稳定作用。为此,通过向聚氯乙烯中添加不同重量百分比和不同厚度的添加剂,制备了许多样品(薄膜)。这些化合物的光稳定活性是通过检测羰基(羰基吸收的位置指定在1724-1770 cm-1)随辐照时间的变化来确定的。利用岛津分光光度计对聚氯乙烯薄膜的吸收光谱进行了测定,并对粘度、平均分子量、变质程度(α)和平均断链数(s)的变化进行了研究。结果表明,在添加剂的存在下,聚氯乙烯薄膜的光稳定速率呈以下趋势:—C4 > C3 > C2 > C1 > PVCUV吸收过氧化物分解剂;根据实验结果提出了机理。
