摘要

为了提高液压挖掘机的能量利用率,在分析挖掘机流量再生结构原理的基础上,提出了一种基于实测载荷谱的流量再生特性试验装置。试验装置采用电动调节溢流阀加载方式,可以模拟真实工况的负载谱。建立了AMESim仿真模型,采集实车臂架油缸入口和出口在臂架下降状态下的载荷谱,并将其输入到AMESim仿真模型中。通过试验与仿真的对比分析,验证了流动再生试验装置与仿真模型的正确性,为流动特性再生的技术研究提供了新的思路。
