First, this paper sorts out the business that integrated energy service companies can conduct from the perspective of the entire process of power energy development and utilization and the company's operating stakeholders. Then the GDP, power consumption, and distributed resource development potential of each province in China are measured. Based on the measurement results, three types of operation modes are put forward: power-dependent, user-dependent, and bilateral collaboration. 摘要

随着中国电力市场体制改革的不断深入,单一的售电供电模式已不能满足经济社会发展的需要,电网公司向综合能源服务公司转型已成为一种趋势。首先,本文从电力能源开发利用全过程和公司经营利益相关者的角度,对综合能源服务公司可以开展的业务进行梳理。然后对中国各省的GDP、电力消费和分布式资源开发潜力进行了测度。根据测量结果,提出了电力依赖、用户依赖和双边协作三种运行模式。最后,从技术支撑、平台建设以及与其他业务领域的整合等方面提出相关建议,以期为能源综合服务公司的运营和发展方向提供参考。
