The active and passive improve methods are all considered. The advanced smoke flow visualization system is the main means to verify the vortical structures at the backside. The wake flow, which often causes resistance, is produced because of original structure. The purpose of the aerodynamic improvement in this study is mainly to eliminate or reduce the impact of this kind of structure. Results reveal the size of wake flow is smaller and the structure is also delay to develop.
