This type of research is causative, the respondents are Employee of Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Padang City. Sample was taken with Proporsional Random Sampling. This study used sample of 104 people are taken as respondent. Path analysis is used as analysis technique in this research in addition to show the strength influence of Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Climate on Employee Performance in the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Padang City. The Influence of Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Climate on Employee Performance in the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Padang City
