West Java has the lowest proportion of births in health facilities compared to other provinces in Java with 63.3%. This study aims to obtain determinants of access to non-healthcare delivery in the province of West Java. This study uses a cross-sectional approach using aggregate data. The research data came from the 2012 Indonesia Health Demographic Survey, 2012 Health Profile, West Java Data in 2013 Figures, and Indonesian Statistical Data. The unit analysis of this research is 24 cities in West Java Province. Data analysis with Mix Geographically Weighted Regression (MGWR) uses the Fixed Bi-Square kernel function. Based on the results of research in general in West Java Province, determinants of access to delivery services in non-health facilities are low socioeconomic, health facilities, and health workers.
