Measures are proposed to reduce sound levels in the workshop, namely, the selection of a soundproof casing and the selection of a soundproof window. The necessary casing is selected by calculation, the thickness of the sheet steel is calculated and the internal facing materials are selected. The effectiveness of the use of a sound-absorbing casing is proved, examples of patents for similar inventions are given. High levels of noise from the equipment also penetrate into the building closest to the compressor shop. In this case, various methods are used to protect non-industrial buildings and structures from noise, one of which is the design of a window (opening) with high sound insulation.
