While Meteorological Environment Information (MEI) is a type of fuzzy information, the membership cloud theory is a useful tool for fuzzy data mining and information processing. Therefore, the fuzzy MEI's influence over OEWE is first discussed in this paper, then a method for MEI satisfaction evaluation based on membership cloud is put forward, with its feasibility and practicality analyzed in combination with the application example.
