摘要

本研究旨在分析亚齐辛基尔族内部组织政治对社区公平满意度的影响。本研究方法采用定量方法。本研究的人群为亚齐Singkil族社区，使用Slovin公式确定了220个样本，错误率为0.05。采用随机抽样技术测定。数据收集使用问卷调查分发与测量使用链接量表使用回归分析技术的受访者。本研究显示组织政治对亚齐辛基尔族社区公平满意度的影响结果，显著量为0.005。
