To this end, we analyzed the effective response data of a total of 333 people obtained through a questionnaire survey targeting frontline social workers at the senior welfare centers. As a result, coaching leadership directly had a positive effect on role clarity and commitment to service quality, role clarity directly had a direct positive effect on job satisfaction and commitment to service quality, and job satisfaction directly had a positive effect on commitment to service quality. In addition, coaching leadership indirectly had a positive effect on commitment to service quality through role clarity and job satisfaction.
