In addition, coaching leadership indirectly had a positive effect on commitment to service quality through role clarity and job satisfaction. 摘要

本研究的目的是探讨角色明晰和工作满意度是否在教练领导影响服务质量承诺的过程中起中介作用。为此,我们通过对老年福利中心一线社工的问卷调查,对333人的有效回应数据进行了分析。结果表明,教练领导对角色清晰性和服务质量承诺有直接的正向影响,角色清晰性对工作满意度和服务质量承诺有直接的正向影响,工作满意度对服务质量承诺有直接的正向影响。此外,教练领导通过角色明晰和工作满意度间接地对服务质量承诺产生积极影响。最后,在此基础上,提出了本研究的理论意义和实践意义。
