The population of employees of PT. Mitra Distribusi Mandiri Sungai Pareman Branch Makassar as many as 30 people. This research uses quantitative methods.The sampling technique uses a saturated side approach. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity and reliability test instruments, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. \nFrom the results of this study that the variable work motivation has a partially significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant t value of 0,000 < 0,05. The non-physical work environment has a partially significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant t value of 0,000 < 0,05. 摘要

本研究的范围主要集中在工作动机(X1)和非物质工作环境(X2)变量上的因变量,即员工绩效(Y)。PT. Mitra Distribusi Mandiri Sungai Pareman分公司望加锡的员工人数多达30人。本研究采用定量方法。采样技术使用饱和侧方法。本研究使用的数据分析技术是效度和信度检验工具、经典假设检验、多元线性回归检验、决定系数检验、t检验和F检验。从本研究的结果来看,可变工作动机对员工绩效有部分显著的影响,这可以从显著性t值0000 < 0.05看出。非物质工作环境对员工绩效有部分显著的影响,这可以从显著t值0000 < 0.05看出。同时,工作动机和非物质工作环境对员工绩效有显著影响,这可以从显著的F值0000 < 0.05看出。
