The role of charged dust particles on conductivity in polar mesosphere summer echoes regions
The effects of electron bite-outs caused by charged dust particles on the effective collision frequencies, Parallel, and Pederson conductivities are studied by introducing the collision frequency of electrons and charged dust particles.
