摘要

针对分布式电源输出功率的随机性,首次建立了间歇性可再生DG配电网可靠性评估的通用方法和指标体系;然后建立了含DG配电网的可靠性计算模型,结合配电网孤岛运行模式,分析了孤岛形成后负荷点的可靠性指标;采用传统的故障后果分析方法和最小路径算法对含DG配电网供电可靠性进行了分析和计算。对带DG的IEEE-RBTS测试系统进行了仿真计算,结果表明DG在合理接入配电网后能够提高配电网的供电可靠性,不同DG可靠性模型对可靠性指标的影响不同。
