摘要

本文提出了微波频率下测量双轴各向异性材料的自由空间法的一种扩展。该方法利用平面样品在自由空间中的反射系数和透射系数,直接计算出具有两个偏振方向的正常入射平面波的四个复横向本构参数。利用测量到的平面样品在6个入射角、2个偏振方向的反射和透射系数幅值,在合适的判断准则下求出合理设计的目标函数最小的解,从而得到两个复杂的纵向本构参数。结合随机误差对高损耗材料进行了数值模拟试验,验证了该方法的有效性。
